Breakfast:
Steel cut oats mix
Ingredients for oatmeal:
2 cups of steel cut oats
6 cups water
2 TBSP of chia seeds
1 TBSP of flax seeds
fully peeled, finely chopped fresh ginger (1-2 inch knob)
Cinnamon
Chopped prunes
Chopped/pitted Medjool dates
Recipe:
Add all ingredients to instant pot
Set to high pressure for 6 minutes
Allow natural release
Stewed Apples
Ingredients:
6 to 8 apples, washed and chopped into larger chunks (peels left on)
1 cup of water
Cinnamon
Fully peeled, finely chopped fresh ginger (1-2 inch knob)
Chopped prunes
Chopped/pitted Medjool dates
Recipe:
Add ingredients to instant pot
Set to “steam” for 3 minutes (or 4 minutes for extra firm apples)
Manually release pressure when 3 minutes are up
Open lid and turn off pot when you’ve done the pressure release
