Roast a pan of appropriately diced (size can change based on age) vegetables tossed in olive oil (sweet potato, carrots, TRY: beet, parsnip, butternut squash, cauliflower)
Make a meat meal (shredded chicken OR pan cooked ground beef OR turkey OR shredded pork)
Make a base (sphagetti squash OR rice)
Steam veggies (broccoli)
Make weekly batch of steel cut oatmeal & stewed apples
Freezer food Prep:
Make pureed black bean pods
Make pureed sweet potato & carrot pods
