Weekly food prep:

  1. Roast a pan of appropriately diced (size can change based on age) vegetables tossed in olive oil (sweet potato, carrots, TRY: beet, parsnip, butternut squash, cauliflower)

  2. Make a meat meal (shredded chicken OR pan cooked ground beef OR turkey OR shredded pork)

  3. Make a base (sphagetti squash OR rice)

  4. Steam veggies (broccoli)

  5. Make weekly batch of steel cut oatmeal & stewed apples

Freezer food Prep:

  1. Make pureed black bean pods

  2. Make pureed sweet potato & carrot pods
